Shipping and Returns

How long does an order take to arrive? 

We aim to dispatch your order the same or following day, sometimes this may not be possible and we may print to order.
Standard UK shipping may take about 3 to 5 business days.   
Europe delivery is an ESTIMATED 8-10 days. 
Worldwide delivery is an ESTIMATED 40 days.

Please note some countries may have import restrictions or  carry an additional import surcharge which we are not liable to pay.

What do I do if I don’t receive my order?

If you haven't received your delivery please contact us as soon as you can.
Here at Stay Weird Surf HQ we aim to offer a reliable delivery from dispatch. Goods are sent via Royal Mail. On the very rare occasion an item may become lost in the post. Unfortunately we must wait 14 working days before we can issue another item or offer a refund(this delay is due to our couriers policy). Under no circumstances will we resend goods until the end of this time period(14 Days) . As parcels are sent with third party couriers (Royal Mail), we cannot specify a time of delivery, you cannot  request any special delivery instructions. If an item is sent to an address that you specified when ordering which turns out to be the incorrect address, we are not liable if this item does not reach you. Please ensure you enter the correct address/delivery address. 
Stay Weird Surf/www.stayweirdsurf.com cannot be held accountable for any delivery delayed in transit with our couriers. Any orders placed over the weekend or on a Bank Holiday may not be processed  until the next working day. All deliveries are always given the most absolute importance and we will aim to deliver your products within a reasonable time. We cannot take responsibility for any lost or stolen parcels.

Returns Information

How much is the return shipping fee? 

As a small independent surf business we are at this moment unable to cover the cost of  your returns postage(unless your item is  faulty).

I received an item as a gift? Can I return it?

Gifts must be accompanied by a  receipt in order to be eligible for a refund. They shall be treated as a regular returned item. If you send your item back within 14 days we will refund you the amount you paid (excluding any postage paid), or an exchange.  
Note that all items including gifts can only be returned within 14 of the date on which they were purchased.

All unworn items are eligible for return within 14 days of their delivery date. Items must be in their original unused condition and they must be unwashed and unworn, with the labels attached.
Of course, if an item arrives in a damaged state, notify us immediately.
We are unable to cancel orders once the checkout process has been completed. Please check your order carefully before clicking the buy now option. You are able to return an item within 14 days for a full refund (excluding postage charges).

We want you to be entirely happy with your new item, we want you to be a returning customer and  recommend us to your friends. 
If you send your item back within 14 days we will refund you the amount you paid (excluding any postage paid), or an exchange, which ever you prefer.  We will only pay postage on returned faulty items. 
Your item must be returned in accordance with our returns policy, items must be in their original unused condition and they must be unwashed and unworn. If your item develops a fault within 3 months we will exchange or refund the item and postage (please provide a copy of you postage receipt). The fault must be a manufacturing fault as we cannot cover accidental damage.  
If you have been given a free gift as part of your purchase you will also need to send back the free gift with your returned item (excluding stickers)  for a full refund.  
Please ensure you order the correct size garment.
